How much is it to ad my listing?


The use of our platform is currently for free. We are charging a transcation fee of 12%. We will soon offer a subscriotion based model without the transaction fees.




Do you charge transaction fees for bookings?


Yes we are charging 12% transaction fee at the moment. On top of it you will be having fees from our payment providers stripe nd paypal which vary around 1-6% depending on your own account with them.




How can I add my Sportlocation, sportequipment?


Adding your studio to Studiotime is easy and only takes a few minutes. Once you’ve created a Gymshare account, you can simply click the “Add new listing” at the top right. Please note that all listings are subject to review by our team to ensure the safety of our community. Once you submit your listing for review, we will approve it within 24 hours. If you need to expedite this process or need help with your listing, please email us at info@gymshare.io




How can I add multiple rooms or offerings ?


At the moment we can only list one offer per listing. So if you have different priceschmes, you can list easily an own listing for tha priceoffer. If you offer different Rooms or locations you can list each room on his own. We don't have a maximum number of listings you can create on our platform.




How do I price my Listing on Gymshare?


We put pricing in the hands of studios. You can price your studio at your discretion and please take local rates, taxes, Gymshare fees, and other fees into consideration when listing your hourly rate.




What should I put in my listing?


Your listing description should be an accurate description of the studio space, equipment, how it is typically used, and what artists can expect. Our community loves discovering new studios and the more detailed you can be, the more booking requests you will receive. You can also mention and detail additional services you offer. If you have particular studio policies, rules, expectations, booking terms, cancellation policy, etc please also include this in your listing.




How do I accept a booking request?


You can easily accept a booking request by doing the following: 1. When logged into your Studiotime account, click on “Messages” in the top right navigation. 2. On the left side navigation of your Messages Inbox, select the “Booking Requests” tab. 3. Click on the booking request messages directly and you will see the option to accept or deny the booking request. Please note that you can also message the artist directly on the request to clarify any details and arrange to collect the payment off our platform and directly.




Do I have to accept a request?


You are not required to accept a request and may decline any request. If you take no action to accept or deny a request, the booking request will automatically expire in 72 hours. If you missed the request by accident, you can message the artist directly from their expired request and suggest that they make another request.




How ling do I have to respond to booking requests?


You have 72 hours to either accept or deny a booking request. After 72 hours, the booking request will automatically expire. If you missed the request by accident, you can message the athlete directly from their expired request and suggest that they make another request.




How do I require an hourly minimum?


You can easily mention this inside your listing.




How can I charge for additional services?


At the moment we cannot integrate additional services inside the listings. You can easily mention these though inside your listing. We will soon presentate an Update with new functions where we want to integrate this feature.




Can I require a deposit?


If you require a deposit, you can identify this on your studio listing and also mention this to Artists directly using our platform messaging. Please note that Gymshare does not collect nor facilitate payments, so we are not responsible for any deposits, payments, or other fees.




How can I list my Cancellation Policy?


We've made it easy to identify your Cancellation Policy directly on your Gymshare listing.




I accepted a booking request. How do I collect the payment?


When you accept a booking request, you can let Athlete know the best method to pay you directly and collect the payment off our platform. Gymshare does not collect any transaction payments and is not responsible for doing so. Studios are responsible for all transaction payments, deposists, and collecting any other fees directly from Athletes and off our platform.




Do I have to report and pay taxes for studio booking income?


Please be aware of your regulations of your place of living on that matter. It is in your own obligation to follow the rules for fees, revenue, Taxes and report them where you have to and comply to all regulations in your country.

How do I request a certain time, rate, or option that is not available but indicated on the listing and I need?


If you are having trouble with a booking request, you can easily message the listing owner directly from the studio listing. Please note that it is against our Community Guidelines to send personal contact information or transact off our platform.




Is a booking request binding?


A booking request is not a contractual agreement or binding, it is simply a message and request letting a studio/gym/equipmentowner know you intend to book their offer.If you sent a request by mistake, need to modify it, or cancel, we encourage you to immediately notify the studio using our messaging. Each studio listing enforces their own cancellation policy identified on their listing, so please keep this in mind. If you require assistance with a booking request, you can send us a message at any time at info@gymshare.io




How do I request to book an offer on Gymshare?


Booking an offer is easy on Gymshare and you can do so by creating a user account if you have not done so already. Once you do, you can then select a date and time on an individual studio listing and click “Request to book”. On the next page, you will be able to enter a message to the studio/Gym/equipmentowner regarding how you intend to use the studio, any specific details, requirements, or needs regarding the booking request. You can then send the booking request to the studio. Studios/Gyms/Owners have 72 hours to accept or deny your booking request once submitted. If not replied to within 72 hours, you request will automatically expire.




How long will it take for a studio to respond to my request?


Studios are typically very responsive and reply back as soon as they receive a booking request. If you do not hear back from a studio regarding your request, you can also send them a message regarding the booking request directly from their listing.




Is there a minimum or maximum booking duration?


Gymshare does not require an hourly minimum for studio listings, but we rather let studios individually indicate their hourly minimums directly on their listing. If they mention an hourly minimum in their description, please note that they might not accept your booking request if it does not comply with their hourly minimum.




When is a booking confirmed?


A booking is confirmed once indicated as completed by the listing owner.




Do I have to communicate on Studiotime?


Yes, we ask that you never take communication outside of our platform messaging and never give your contact information prior to an accepted booking request. We also have Community Guidelines in place that outlines this in more detail.

How can I delete my account?

Lega & Insurance

Does Gymshare offer insurance?


No, Gymshare does not offer marketplace insurance for bookings and instead suggest that all studios/Gyms/equipmentowners adequately ensure their studio, equipment, and premises prior to listing it on Gymshare.




Can we require Bookers to have their own insurance in order to book our offer?


Yes, you can require that bookers have their own insurance policy in place for them to book your studio/gym/equipment. In the event that you require this, please mention this in your description, notify all booking requests of this requirement, and also receive proof of insurance to verify this prior to accepting a booking.




Do I need insurance for my offer?


Yes, you should have an insurance policy in place for your studio/Gym/equipment prior to listing it on Gymshare.




Will bookers be insured for bookings?


You can require that bookers have their own insurance policy in place for them to book your studio. In the event that you require this, please mention this in your description, notify all booking requests of this requirement, and also receive proof of insurance to verify this prior to accepting a booking.




Di I need bookers to sign an agreement, sign a waiver, or any other form of agreement?


Your Booking request through Gymshare is not a contractual agreement, but a message requesting to use your studio/gym/equipment as defined in the listing for the date, time period, and for the price requested. If you have further studio requirements, such as a signed agreement, deposit, or payment in advance requirement, please be sure to message booker directly to inform them of this.
