How does Gymshare work?


Gymshare is an online platform for discovering and requesting to book some of the most unique and best Sportfacilities and Sport equipments all over the world. We connect Sportspeople with Sportlocations, Gyms, Studios and Sportequipment. With Gymshare we are giving Sportspeople, Sportgroups, Trainers and individual Sportsmen the excess to many Sortfacilities and various sportequipments all over the world which would be hard to obtain otherwise. They can look for fitting Offers on our plaatform, ccompare prices, request bookings or conecct to other sportspeople.




What does Gymshare do?


Our marketplace is a platform that allows anyone to create an account in minutes, discover studios, request a time, book, and receive confirmation without any hassles. For studios/gym/Facility/equipmentowners, we make it easy to add your offers, manage booking requests, message directly with artists, and accept booking requests. As a company, we operate the online platform, market studios to the sportscommunity, support our community, and ensure that both sides have the best experience possible.




What is Gymshare


Our goal with Gymshare is to become the largest and most trusted online community to for the Sport sharing Market. We are a young and bootstrap marketplace. At the moment we are concentrating on the DACH MArket but we are open for operations World wide and grow a little bit every day. Our Mission is it to conect Sportsmen and Sportsowner to help them both to live out their sportsdream and grow their community. Together we are bulding the new World of Sports.




How much does it cost listing my offer on Gymshare?


The listing of your offer and the use of our platform is for free. We are chargin a transaction fee of 12%. YOu may face additional cost of our payment providers stripe and/or paypal. Depending on your account they will vary from 1-6%. You can read more about their charges on their websites.




Why should I use Gymshare?


If you are an owner, it’s very simple in that we are a platform for you to share your offer with the world’s sportpeople, increase your bookings and revenue, and take your business beyond the reach of what was previously possible. We take the time and financial burden out of having to keep up with social media marketing, requests that are not vetted and become a hassle, and easily manage your bookings.




Do I need to create an account?


You can discover and browse studios without creating an account. To message an offer, request a booking, or list your studio/facility/equipment you will be prompted to create a user account. All user accounts require an email verification. You must also add further verification and payment information when listing your studio.




Is it free to list my studio?


To create, lis and the use of our Platform is cost free. We currently charge a tranasaction fee of 12% if a successful Transaction happens over our platform. In the future we will create a monthly subscription option with additional services like using your own bookingtool, get individual booking requests, verified user tags andd more.




What countries do you support?


Gymshare is an open platform marketplace that is worldwide. Currently we are concentrating on the DACH Market but are open for bookings and listings world wide. We are a small bootstrap startup located in Munich, Germany.

How do I request a certain time, rate, or option that is not available but indicated on the listing and I need?


If you are having trouble with a booking request, you can easily message the listing owner directly from the studio listing. Please note that it is against our Community Guidelines to send personal contact information or transact off our platform.




Is a booking request binding?


A booking request is not a contractual agreement or binding, it is simply a message and request letting a studio/gym/equipmentowner know you intend to book their offer.If you sent a request by mistake, need to modify it, or cancel, we encourage you to immediately notify the studio using our messaging. Each studio listing enforces their own cancellation policy identified on their listing, so please keep this in mind. If you require assistance with a booking request, you can send us a message at any time at info@gymshare.io




How do I request to book an offer on Gymshare?


Booking an offer is easy on Gymshare and you can do so by creating a user account if you have not done so already. Once you do, you can then select a date and time on an individual studio listing and click “Request to book”. On the next page, you will be able to enter a message to the studio/Gym/equipmentowner regarding how you intend to use the studio, any specific details, requirements, or needs regarding the booking request. You can then send the booking request to the studio. Studios/Gyms/Owners have 72 hours to accept or deny your booking request once submitted. If not replied to within 72 hours, you request will automatically expire.




How long will it take for a studio to respond to my request?


Studios are typically very responsive and reply back as soon as they receive a booking request. If you do not hear back from a studio regarding your request, you can also send them a message regarding the booking request directly from their listing.




Is there a minimum or maximum booking duration?


Gymshare does not require an hourly minimum for studio listings, but we rather let studios individually indicate their hourly minimums directly on their listing. If they mention an hourly minimum in their description, please note that they might not accept your booking request if it does not comply with their hourly minimum.




When is a booking confirmed?


A booking is confirmed once indicated as completed by the listing owner.




Do I have to communicate on Studiotime?


Yes, we ask that you never take communication outside of our platform messaging and never give your contact information prior to an accepted booking request. We also have Community Guidelines in place that outlines this in more detail.

How do I reply to messages and booking requests?


You can reply to messages and accept a booking request by doing the following: 1. When logged into your Studiotime account, click on “Messages” in the top right navigation. 2. On the left side navigation of your Messages Inbox, select the “My Requests” to see your studio booking requests and “Booking Requests” tab to respond to booking requests.




How can I delete my account?


If you would like to permanently delete your Studiotime user account, please email us at info@gymshare.io




How do I create an account?
